What are your hours?
Hours vary based on class schedule. Please check the ADF Studio App for the most accurate and up-to-date class times.
Is ADF Studio beginner-friendly?
Absolutely! Our classes welcome all levels, and our instructors provide modifications to support everybody. All classes that are not labeled intermediate or advanced will be beginner friendly and will say so in description.
What should I expect in Pilates class?
Each class blends core strength, full-body movement, breathwork, and a supportive vibe. Expect a guided flow that challenges you while keeping things fun, inclusive, and safe.
How long are classes?
They are typically 45 minutes. However, our studio is always growing and sometimes we might feel a little spicy and change things up. Always check the website or ADF app for class structure.
Do I need prior pilates experience?
No experience is necessary! We offer beginner-friendly classes and can modify moves for new clients.
What should I bring to class?
Water, grip socks (recommended for safety), and a positive attitude. Mats and props are provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own. We sell grip socks and Pilates activewear, if you are in a hurry and forget something.
Mats and equipment are provided for Mat Pilates classes.
How early should I arrive?
Arrive 10-15 minutes early- especially if it’s your first class - to get checked in and settled.
This is my first class, do I need to sign anything?
All first time guests are prompted to sign a one time waiver.
How do I book a class?
All bookings are done through the ADF Studio App. Download the app → create an account → select your class → book your spot.
How do I book for a guest?
The 8x, 12x and unlimited memberships allow 2 guests per month and the 4x per month allows 1 guest per month.
If you don’t have a membership, you can buy a gift card for your friend and input their email and name.
I need to cancel a class, is there a cancellation fee?
All cancellations must be made 24 hours before class to avoid losing your credit or incurring a fee.
I have the monthly Membership, will my two guest passes - or 1 guest for 4x month membership- renew every month?
Yes! Your guest passes will renew every month with your membership.
I have a complementary class, can I use it on a friend?
No, complementary classes are only for you.
What happens if I'm running late to class?
For safety reasons, students arriving more than 5 minutes late may not be allowed to join the class.
What if ADF Studio cancels a class?
You will automatically receive your credit back and a notification through the app.
I can’t get into classes due to classes being fully booked. Will I lose my credits?
We completely understand the frustration! Please email us at support@adfstudiopilates.com and we will be more than happy to help you.
How does the waitlist work?
Waitlist moves automatically through the app. The app will notify you if you are confirmed for the class. Please do not wait in the lobby in hopes of an open spot.
What if I can’t make it to my class after the 24 hour timeframe?
If an emergency comes up, please call or email us so we can cancel your class and return your credit. A $10 late-cancel fee will apply. If you don’t notify us and do not show up, the no-show fee is $15.
Can my membership be paused?
Memberships can be paused for emergencies, health issues and being out of town for more than 3 weeks.
Can I take a class if I’m pregnant?
Yes! For your safety, please consult your doctor and notify the instructor so we can offer modifications.
I have an Injury, can I still participate?
Depending on the injury, Pilates may be appropriate. Please consult your doctor and notify the instructor so we can offer modifications.
Do you host events or brand collaborations?
Yes! We collaborate with community brands - like Adidas - and host runs, wellness events, and seasonal activations. Follow our IG for updates.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept credit/debit card payments directly through the ADF Studio app.
What is the difference between a class pack vs a membership?
Class packs are a one time payment for that specific month. An ADF Membership is a recurring renewal payment for the amount of classes you selected per month.
How do I cancel my membership?

Can I upgrade my class pack or membership?
Yes! Please contact support@adfstuiopilates.com. They will be more than happy to assist you.
Is there parking available?
Yes - street parking is available. Please allow extra time during peak hours.
Can I take photos or videos during class?
Yes! Please be mindful of others around you and ask for permission to record if they are in the frame.
Can I bring my kids?
For safety reasons, only class participants may be in the studio during sessions.
