Founded by a first-generation Mexican-American Latina entrepreneur, ADF Studio was built to challenge barriers and bring luxury wellness to Oakland’s Rockridge community. Our space blends Pilates, matcha, and florals to create a sanctuary where culture, community, and empowerment thrive.

We believe strength and softness go hand in hand. Every detail — from our reformers to our matcha bar, from curated florals to community workshops — has been designed to honor both heritage and modern luxury.
